She has a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Law School of Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), and is currently studying for specialization in corporate and capital Market law at IBMEC-São Paulo.

She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, advising clients in many sectors of the economy. She also supports clients for the constitution and organization of companies in Brazil and abroad, besides working on corporate restructuring of listed and unlisted companies. Finally, she has experience with business contracts and other business law matters in general.
