In this area, the Firm works to draft, revise, negotiate and renegotiate contracts of the most varied types, including agreements for commercial representation, business partnership, purchase and sale of products, and provision of services, among others. We assist national and foreign clients of all sizes and market segments. We also provide advice in contractual matters by issuing legal opinions, and are ready to support clients in managing their contracts.

The team works in coordination with the litigation practice area, to evaluate potential disputes resulting from contractual relations, and to notify clients about the risks and effects of potential judicial or arbitral proceedings.
