Bachelor of Law Degree from University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and Master of Law, with emphasis in Commercial Law, from the same school.

Has professional experience in various segments of corporate law, helping national and international clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, antitrust matters, capital market transactions and infrastructure projects.

His work in the corporate/M&A, antitrust, capital market and infrastructure areas has been recognized by publications such as Chambers Global (2018), Chambers Latin America (2017 and 2018), Legal 500 (2015 to 2018) and IFLR1000 (2016 to 2021).
